JTEC reserves the right to vary and amend the conditions of use at any time at its sole discretion and with or without express notice to any use. All amended terms shall automatically be effective immediately after they are initially posted. You are advised to review the conditions of use on a regular basis as you will be deemed to have accepted variations if you continue to use the Website after they have been posted.
We take every care and precaution to ensure that information published on the Website is accurate and correct when posted and regularly updated, but we do not guarantee its accuracy. You are advised to verify the accuracy of any information before acting upon it. You expressly agree that the use of this Website is at your sole risk. Order Acceptance:
Quotations:
Upon request, JTEC. reviews Customer order details, including product availability, pricing, and delivery requirements, to ensure they meet customer expectations.
JTEC will prepare a quotation for the Customer in respect of any required Services or parts which will remain valid for the period stated in the quotation, which period shall not exceed 30 (thirty) calendar days.
The quotation shall set out an estimate of the fee payable for the Services & Parts and will not be binding on JTEC until accepted in terms of clause.
Once the order is confirmed and accepted, a notification is sent to the Customer, confirming that the order has been received, approved, and will proceed to delivery.
Customer’s financial obligations:
The Customer acknowledges that it understands its financial obligations in terms of the Contract and agrees to the breakdown of these financial obligations as set out in the quotation and confirmed in the Acceptance.
The Customer warrants that it has the power and capacity and has obtained all necessary authorizations and consents to enter into, and perform its obligations under, the Contract and such other agreements and arrangements referred to in the Contract, and that it enters into the Contract voluntarily.
Payment methods:
If the customer chooses to pay through credit card the order will considered as confirmed.
If the customer choose Cash/Checks the order is not considered as confirmed, as the payment must be made in advance.
If the customer chooses Dealer Credit the order is not considered as confirmed, unless JTEC approved this payment method for this order.
Title and risk of loss:
The Customer acknowledges that its authorized representative will be present at the handover/delivery of the Goods. To the extent that the authorized representative is not present at the handover/delivery, the Customer acknowledges that such information regarding the Goods will be given to the person collecting/receiving the Goods on its behalf, and it’s the Customer’s obligation to ensure that such information is effectively communicated to all persons as it deems fit.
Ownership of goods and the risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier or, if specified, at the time of delivery to the Customer’s location.
Cancellation and Return Policy:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to cancel/return your order, Jordan Tractor and Equipment Co JTEC Terms and Conditions below will apply, along with this cancellation and return policy.
Once your cancel/return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your cancelled/returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and credited automatically to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days Late or missing refunds.
A- If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
B- If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at (email and or phone number)
1. Cancellation and Returns: Any type of cancellation and Returns will need to be done at the ordering branch. Parts cancellation and returns cannot be fulfilled through the website.
2. Conditions for Accepting Cancellation and Returns and Exchange:
2.1 The Customer shall be entitled to cancel/return any part to JTEC within 10 (Ten) days after the Delivery/Pick-up Date, for credit or exchange, provided that:
2.2 Returned Parts should not be used /installed. And must be unopened in its original packaging packing (undamaged) in a resalable condition;
2.3 JTEC will charge a restocking fee of 10% (Ten per cent) of the price for the part to the Customer, unless JTEC incorrectly supplied the part.
2.4 No lubricants, electrical parts, specially built hoses or dry charged batteries filled with acid will be accepted by JTEC for returns, unless incorrectly supplied by JTEC.
2.5 The Customer will not be entitled to a credit on emergency and/or airfreight surcharges, unless the part was incorrectly supplied by JTEC.
2.6 Freight charges are non-refundable.
2.7 The Customer will be liable for all transport costs, unless JTEC incorrectly supplied the part.
2.8 Notwithstanding the above, parts classified as “non-Returnable” shall not be refundable by JTEC to the Customer.
3. Exchange Policy:
All exchanges will be handled as returns.
4. Refund Process:
Provided submission of complete documents in support of refund/return request and the fulfilment of refund/return eligibility requirements at the sole discretion of JTEC, most refund requests will be processed within 3-5 business days (or more depending on your bank’s processing times) from the date of processing your refund/return request by JTEC.
Online payments:
1. Payments using the Service may be made using only Visa or MasterCard credit or debit cards.
2. We are not directly involved in the online payment but through a third-party service provider.
3. All payments must be made in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) or one of the foreign currencies approved by Jordanian banks, and any currency exchange differences shall be the responsibility of the payer."
4. We accept partial payment for customer orders with a minimum value of 70% of the total order, provided that the full payment of the account is made by the stipulated due date on the invoice. All other payments must be paid in full and no later than the final payment date specified in the invoice."
5. Upon completing a transaction using the Service, you will be presented with a confirmation screen verifying the transaction details you wish to process. It is your responsibility to verify that all transaction information and other details are correct.
6. We have no liability for transactions which are incorrect as a result of inaccurate data entry in the course of the use of the Service or for loss of data or information caused by factors beyond Our control.
7. Once a payment has been made it cannot be cancelled. We do not accept any responsibility for refusal or reversal of payments, which shall be a matter between you and your credit card issuer.
8. International cardholders using the Service may incur their own bank’s international service fees, in addition to the merchant service fee.
WARRANTY:
Jordan Tractor & Equipment Co. (JTEC) Warrant the repair against defects in parts replaced or workmanship. The warranty is subjects to the following:
Warranty Period:
The warranty period is (6) Months from the repair completion date.
(JTEC) Responsibility:
Upon customer complaint during the warranty period about any problems related to the repairs performed by JTEC, a service engineers from JTEC will inspect the problem and determine its cause, on which the Service Management decision will be final. If during the warranty period the cause of the problem or failure turns to be due to defect in parts used or workmanship then JTEC will, during normal working Hours and at their place of business, provide the customer with the parts (New Remanufactured) and labor needed to correct the problem.
Customer Responsibilities:
1. Provide JTEC with oil samples, SOS, from the repaired components during the warranty period according to schedule and lub. Instruction.
2. The costs associated with transporting the machine or failed components to J.T.E.C workshop.
3. Transportation cost of JTEC Technicians & Engineers, from and to machine site, to investigate any complaints.
4. Cost to investigate complaints unless the problem is caused by a defect in parts replaced or workmanship.
5. Overtime labor charges worked upon customer request.
6. Airfreight charges for parts not available at JTEC stock ordered upon customer request.
7. Giving timely notice of a warrantable problem or failure and promptly making the product available for repair or inspection
8. Accepting JTEC sole judgment as to whether the fault parts is defective in material or workmanship.
Limitations:
JTEC is not responsible for failures resulting from: -
1. Any use or installation that JTEC judge improper.
2. Abuse, neglect, improper operation and/or improper maintenance.
3. Extensive failures due to customer delay in notifying JTEC about any problems or due to unreasonable delay in making the product available for inspection or repair.
4. Normal wear & tear.
Remedies:
Remedies under this warranty are limited to the provision of material and labor, as specified herein. JTEC is not responsible for any direct, indirect incidental or consequential damages, or any damages due to accidents or acts of God.
Choice of law and dispute resolution:
Customer Portal:
The Customer Portal is provided strictly as an informational tool for our clients. The content made available through the Portal, including but not limited to financial statements, quotations, invoices, and work orders, is for reference purposes only and does not constitute official or legally binding documentation.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information displayed on the Portal. The Company shall not be held liable for any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, data leaks, unauthorized access, or reliance placed on the information contained within the Portal. Clients are responsible for verifying any information through the relevant Company departments before relying on it.
By accessing and using the Portal, the Client acknowledges and agrees that it remains the Client’s sole responsibility to verify any information directly with the relevant Company departments prior to taking any decision or action based thereon.
Loyalty Program
Start earning reward points on your parts, service, and Cat® equipment purchases by participating in the Jallad Loyalty Program.
The Company reserves the right to amend or update the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the Program after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
By joining the Program, customers agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Points Accumulation
- Loyalty points are earned through eligible parts and service purchases, as well as approved sales-related activities.
- The rules, rates, and eligibility for point collection are determined solely by the Company and may change at any time.
2. Points Validity & Expiry
- Loyalty points are valid until the end of the current calendar year plus one additional year.
- Any unused points after this period will automatically expire and cannot be reinstated.
3. Minimum Redemption Threshold
- A minimum balance of 2,500 points is required to redeem any voucher or reward.
- Points below this threshold cannot be redeemed.
4. Vouchers & Rewards Usage
- All vouchers carry an expiry date clearly stated on the voucher.
- Expired vouchers are invalid and cannot be extended, replaced, or reissued.
- Vouchers must be redeemed in full and cannot be partially used.
- Vouchers are non-transferable.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Vouchers can only be used in future sales orders
- The company reserves the right to reject usage of vouchers on specific sales orders.
- Points not to be sold, transferred, assigned, or pledged.
5. Tier-Based Benefits
- Rewards, vouchers, and benefits are offered based on the customer’s loyalty tier.
- Each tier has its own eligibility criteria, rewards, and redemption options.
6. Account Ownership
- Loyalty points, vouchers, and rewards are linked to the customer account, not individual user accounts.
- The Company is not responsible for any loss, misuse, or unauthorized use arising from shared or internal account access.
7. Adjustments & Corrections
- The Company reserves the right to manually adjust or correct loyalty points balances or tier status in cases of error, system issues, misuse, or suspected fraud.
- The Company reserves the right to terminate the Loyalty Program at any time, after which all unused points will expire without compensation.
- Any points credited by mistake may be reversed without prior notice.
8. Voucher & Reward Availability
- All rewards and vouchers are subject to availability.
- The Company reserves the right to reject any voucher or reward request based on availability or operational requirements.
9. Program Availability & Liability
- The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Loyalty Program and may suspend or modify the Program at any time.
- The Company shall not be liable for any losses resulting from system downtime, technical issues, or unavailability of rewards.
- The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the Loyalty Program, including but not limited to loss of points, rewards, profits, or business opportunities.
10. Intellectual Property
- All content, including program names, visuals, text, and materials, is the intellectual property of the Company.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any Loyalty Program materials is strictly prohibited without written consent.
- All content on this site, including text, images, logos, software, and program name is the intellectual property of Jallad or its partners, unless otherwise specified. Unauthorized use or distribution of any materials is strictly forbidden without written consent from Jallad.
11. General Conditions
- Participation in the Loyalty Program constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a customer’s participation in the Program in case of misuse, violation of terms, or suspected abuse.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes arising from rewards or benefits received through the Loyalty Program.
12. Auto Enrolment
- The Company may automatically enrol eligible customers in the Loyalty Program.
13. User Access
- Customers may authorize users to access the Loyalty Program and redeem points on their behalf
14. Use of The Website
- You agree to use this website solely for lawful purposes.
You must not
- Violate any local, national, or international laws.
- Upload or transmit any content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful to Jallad or others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems associated with this website.
- Jallad may restrict or terminate your access if your actions violate these Terms or applicable laws.
15. Personal Data and Privacy
- Personal Data: The Company may collect and use customer personal data for the purpose of operating and managing the Loyalty Program.
- Privacy: All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws
This terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Any disputes arising between the parties under the terms & conditions of sale shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations between the parties to seek an amicable resolution.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct discussions, it will be settled by the Justice Palace courts of Amman.
