- Develop and execute coverage plans to manage existing customers across the region and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular customer visits (in person or via phone/meetings) to build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and propose suitable solutions.
- Coordinate closely with Parts and Maintenance departments to ensure high-quality service delivery and timely support for customers.
- Prepare and provide accurate quotations for parts, maintenance services, and equipment operation/management solutions.
- Set and monitor sales targets that align with customer needs and company objectives.
- Identify customer challenges and recommend appropriate technical and commercial solutions that enhance customer operations.
- Maintain updated knowledge of forklift products, applications, and competitive offerings to support effective sales activities.
- Track sales pipeline and report progress regularly to management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales or product support (after sales) or service department.
- Understanding of forklift Basic systems (diesel, LPG, and electric): hydraulics, transmission, electrical, and control systems.
- Experience in developing and managing service contracts and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Proficient in CRM, Microsoft office , service manuals and maintenance planning.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and customer relationship skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites within Jordan.
